How do I add or remove a card?When you place your order, at checkout, you can choose to add a new credit card or remove a credit card. You can also go on to payment methods in the menu Select Cards Select add a card. Select Save

How do I open an account ?Getting onto the eFama Marketplace is as easy as 123, all you need is to download the mobile app onto your smartphone only, we unfortunately do not have a PC or Laptop app as yet. eFama App is available for free on the Google Play Store for Android phone users and the App Store for iPhone users. Once you have the app installed into your smartphone you can either create an account or use your social media or gmail to signup After you have provided all your details, you will be ready to start shopping. You will have to press home to start shopping.

How do I Edit my details?To edit your details: Go to your profile Select Manage my Account Select the information you want to change Input the new information Select save to update the new changes

How long does a delivery take?It takes up to 7 days to receive your order.

How will I know when my order is on the way?When your order is on its way, you'll receive a notification from us. Please ensure that you’ve enabled notifications to receive delivery updates.

How much is the delivery fee?The delivery fee is between R60 - R100 depending on the proximity of your delivery address to the farm you’re ordering from.

What is the minimum order I can make?eFama App minimum order value is R500 per order

Can I order from multiple Farmers at the same time?Yes, however you can only order from farmers in the same area. Should the farmers not be allocated in the same area you will need to place a separate order.

How do I track my order?Your order will be updated at every step. Go to your profile Then My orders Then Processed or Shipped Orders Track My order Please ensure that you’ve enabled notifications to receive delivery updates.

Can I send an order to another address?Yes, you can send an order to any address that is currently serviced by eFama App. Go to your profile Then My Account Select My address Then Add another address You can add as many addresses to your profile as you wish. Click Save

How do I cancel an order?You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Go to your profile My Orders If your order status is not saying “processed” you can still cancel Select “Cancel Order”

Can I return an incorrect item?Please note that you can only return items within 12 hours. If an incorrect or damaged item was received, email the following to hello@efama.africa Order number. A list of the incorrect or damaged items. Attach a picture of the incorrect or damaged items in the format PNG or JPEG. How long will it take to receive my refund? 3 to 5 business days
